In this section, persecuted persons are classified according to following terminology:
Political prisoners – individuals, who are charged with fake accusations, are sentenced by court and are currently bearing their false judgment in jails.
Politically apprehended – persons, to who are charged with fake accusations, who are kept in jails while investigations are still in process or their cases are in at-trial procedures.
Probationers - persons, who are charged with fake accusations, are sentenced by court, but are carrying conditional judgment.
Politically harassed, Group A – persons, who were formerly kept in jails, who are charged with fake accusations, while their investigations are still in process or their cases are in at-trial procedures, but their restraint is changed.
Politically harassed, Group B – persons, who were formerly kept in jails, who were charged with fake accusations, however were discharged by court or the cases were dismissed, or charges were withdrawn, or their judgment is already over.
Politically harassed, Group C - persons, who are charged with fake accusations, who are wanted, are underground or in emigration, avoiding persecutions and fake accusations.
Politically harassed, Group D - persons, who are charged with fake accusations and investigation is in process, but restraint method is not jail placement.
Politically harassed, Group E – persons, who are being persecuted through economic penalties, or have lost their jobs, businesses and suffered economically as a result of political persecutions.
Politically harassed, Group F – persons, who had undergone atrocities, had been terrorized, were illegally jailed or kept in police stations.
